Today is a great day for a fresh start! Please follow this blog for information on Parental Alienation, Parental Alienation Syndrome, events in this area, and other thoughts on how this form of abuse is what will push for a change in the family law courts…
From our Meetup Group:
Are you the target parent of Parental Alienation? Are you a family member that that is affected by Parental Alienation? The purpose of this group is to discuss our emotions, give each other support, practical advice, recommendations, and resources. We are a group of individuals who are confused, hurt, sad, frustrated, angry, and simply long for the alienated child, however young or old, back in our lives.
By gathering to simply talk we can grow and heal. We are not professionals, but rather ordinary individuals who have experienced, and still are experiencing, the effects of divorce and Parental Alienation. This group is open to mothers and fathers, step-parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles, siblings, adult children who have suffered from parental alienation, and anyone who loves a child who is being turned against them.
It is also our goal to increase public awareness of Parental Alienation and Parental Alienation Syndrome through educational events, discussions, aligning with organizations, and supporting family law reform which allows for mediators, counselors, and psychologists to work as a team to help families navigate divorce and beyond in a peaceful, conscious, loving manner.
Children need BOTH parents.
