I love this time of year!  My happiness levels rise back up to overflowing and I embody all that is sunny and bright. So, how do I unwind and de-stress from my daily work?  Not sure yet.  So far, I’ve been able to naturally let the terribly sad situations of those that I work with on a daily basis slide off me, but I wonder how long can this natural ability last?  Those that work with divorcing couples, or abused women or children, or parental alienation-how do they not become depressed themselves?  How do we work diligently for a cause that we are passionate about, and remain happy ourselves, even when the cause may be utterly depressing?

I love what I do, and enjoy helping to the best of my ability.  So, upward and onward…
